Note:
About the leveled items displays such as the Nightingale Bow, there are multiple versions of these items in game based on level, but these items don't scale up with your level after u acquire them, as in if you got the item in an early stage and now your like lvl 50 you would still have the shitty v1,however i made the displays in a manner that once you place the item and take it back the display will give you a version appropriate to your level.

How to get the key:
In order to get the key and a journal that contains a backStory ,first you must kill the original owner of the house, who is located in cave called shady cavern which should be marked on your map as soon as you download this mod.
Now the boss Fight isn't particularly too difficult or not as difficult as i wanted him to be, he is tougher than vanilla bosses but not that hard, however a dodge and a lockOn mod are recommended since they don't just make the boss easier, but also provide a better a experience.

First Runjorg(the boss)  can teleport randomly around the arena, it's completely based on chance , i did that because i wanted to make him a bit unpredictable unlike vanilla teleportation bosses who teleports after a certain number of hits.Runjorg also  has evasion which starts 30% increases up to 40,50 % in the 2nd phase 3rd phase respectively.
each time his hp reaches 30% he teleports away heals and come back, he does this twice, the last time he will evaporates into ash and dies
his spells will change element type based on your highest skills and whether or not you are a vampire,so if your highest is destruction he will use lightning based spells, warrior skills  ice, and ofc if you are a vampire he will use fire.
he gains a lightning storm every 4 teleportations but it's very easy to avoid since only by moving left or right he will have to restart the animation to fix his aim on you, why doesn't he cast and then aims towards you?, well still working on that, i think that's why enemies in skyrim never use it. i might remove it entirely in the future if i couldn't get it to work properly, for now just look at it as in "he is forgetting what spell he was about to cast cs his brain is so damaged" like in his backstory :p.

I do plan to make a harder version of the boss in the future, where he can always kill you in the same amount of hits no matter how large your hp bar is, and close more cheesing holes Spell resistance and spell absorption, and it will be available as an optional.

The Skull of Luminescence:
-
The Skull has 2 main functionality, first it can be placed on a table at the entrance of the display room and it will activate the lights.
 

-Second it can be used to teleport to the house, and to attune to you current location your exact position is then retained , and now the skull can always take to that attuned location.
-The Skull can only attune to one location at a time , when u attune to a new location it will forget the previous location.

-The Skull will not teleport you during combat.
- The Skull can be found in the house near the enchanting table in all magic room 

- And in the book section in your inventory
  

The mod is mostly made with vanilla assets and textures so whatever texture and models pack you use will also apply to the house ,in the pictures i have :

Compatibility:
-Should be compatible with everything except mods that also have architecture in the same spot where the house and cave are built
-Ultimate Combat is compatible with the mod, however Ultimate Combat will add spells to the Boss and it will make him more difficult.
