About this mod

Removes the the player's stats (health, magicka, and stamina) offsets in vanilla Skyrim. This will reduce each stat by 50, lowering the player to their selected race's base stats. This will have the effect of increasing the difficulty, without touching difficulty settings.

Permissions and credits
If you didn't already know, the player specifically gets an extra 50 points of magicka, health, and stamina. Other actors receive stat bonuses as well, but many do not. This extra total of 150 stats is combined with your race's base stats, which in vanilla is 50 of each, although some race mods change this, granting you a base of 100 of each stat.

This mod removes the the player's stat offsets. This will reduce each stat by 50, lowering the player to their selected race's base stats. This will have the effect of increasing the difficulty without touching difficulty settings, and limiting the player on what they can do to a greater degree at lower levels

This will create a bit more balance between the player and the rest of the world, at least at low levels. Skyrim is often said to be too easy and part of the reason why is that the player gets 150 more stats than many other low level enemies, many of which actually receive negative stat offsets.

Be aware that many spell mods rely on the player having a base magicka of around 100, and even the base game does as well. Conjuration magic in particular will be harder to use since without the novice training perk, or an equivalent, you will not be able to cast those spells without some sort of magicka bonusing effects.

Will work with any race mod that doesn't alter the player actor stat offsets. Modifying the race stats, or other actor stat offsets will not conflict with this mod.
