This is a port of Road SIgns Fast Travel from oldrim to SE

This is a direct port of road signs fast travel from LE to SSE, saved esp as form 44 and ran through cathedral asset optimizer, and tested as working ( at least for the handful of signposts I tried! )
I know that https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/16646 ( fingerposts fast travel ) exists, and its great, but it has a hard dependency on Cutting Room Floor, which isnt always suitable for some peoples setups, so here is an alternative.

The point the way patch seems to work fine with the SSE version of Point the Way
