Only available on Skyrim SE.
He is a mercenary and merchant hired to restore Whiterun's security.
He stays at "Drunked Huntsman" and during the day he goes to each
dungeon of Whiterun and bandit camps to hunt bandits.
Maybe you'll meet him in an unexpected place ...
It is a follower and NPC created with the setting like that.
If he isn't in Drunked Huntsman, advance the time to night.
Among them, he will come back.
Added the ESP file to change from Essential to
Protected to the "aaTTOptions" folder.
If you want to change it, please use it.
Made characters Full Stand-Alone
