Changes the vanilla WIDeadBodyCleanupScript.pex script from being a constantly-looping script utilizing WaitGameTime() for 12 hours at time, to using RegisterForSingleUpdateGameTime()

This is largely deprecated. An identical copy of this script is included in Vanilla Script MicroOptimizations
Changes the vanilla WIDeadBodyCleanupScript from being constantly-looping and consuming resources, to one that only runs when needed.
The difference is probably minimal, possibly not even measurable. The stock script is less than 2k in size, so it's not using a lot of resources- but it is needlessly using some resources.
USSEP also changed this script. This version follows the same logic used by USSEP in deciding when to cleanup a dead body, but is an almost total rewrite of the script. You will not lose the fix made by USSEP if you use this script.
Install with a mod manager or manually, whichever you prefer. It's only one script + the source.
