No Animals Report Crimes (NARC) remade alters the Dremora Merchant's faction to remove it perceiving and reporting certain crimes, like werewolf transformations, trespassing, or assaults.
Zim's Dremora Improvements tweaks the Dremora Merchant's faction so he will buy stolen goods.
Since both modify the same record (FACT:401EEC4), they over-write each other's modifications. This patch forwards both and resolves the conflict. Requires both base mods. ESL-flagged ESP file.
