TLDR: Only the icing is shiny now. It always bugged me that the cake part of the sweet roll was so shiny, so I figured out a fix by separating the icing and cake parts of the sweet roll and removing the specular shader from the cake part completely.
Made the sweet rolls a tad bit smaller.
Changed the normal map slightly - The textures should look a little more crisp (should. It's probably not very noticeable)
Updated the Eating Animations and Sounds Patch with the new model
These are some pretty minor visual changes, but I was inspired by the wine bottles in High Poly Project where the glass part is shiny and the wicker isn't. I learned from that and figured I'd update this mod with the edits I made. I also just decided to stick with the slightly more imperfect shape for the sweet rolls as the main file since I think they look better
Hi Kadraeus, I am a mod author for most of Bethesda's gamer on Xbox, PC and PlayStation, I was wondering if it would be ok to include your sweet rolls in a food / SMIM bundle please ?
I would give you full credits and a link back to your page.
just a heads up, i made an optional file for "Harvestable Sweet Rolls" using your mesh and it requires your file as a master file thank you for the lovely work and for the open permissions :)
Sorry for letting you know so late, but Eating Animations and Sounds SE had yet another update in november. The sweet rolls probably need some adjustments.

When you have the time, would have any interest in retexturing Sweet Troll from Sweetroll Randomization Act SE ? Thanks a bunch. :)
