The hunger is one of the many voracious servants of the Daedra Lord Boethiah.
You can find the spell tome in the Sacellum of Boethiah.
Be careful, the marsh around Morthal have become more dangerous (;
Optional file:
The paralysis spell is replaced by absorption spell.
