Brings Neverending Winter from World of Warcraft into skyrim, great for death knight or dark knight playthroughs!

Edited: Apparently, my edit to make it craftable did not go through, I will address that in my next update. For now get it through console by pressing ` then typing in help neverending and then player.additem followed by the number next to the item.
The shield is temperable and has the base defense of an Ebony Shield. I will be adding some particle effects and a custom enchant in my next update.
