Please read first to make sure I haven't already answered your question.

    1.  There is no Cicero.  I'm sorry.  I tried and tried and tried.  He has three forms in Creation Kit and every time I edited him, he refused to take the textures and meshes, giving him brownface.  It seems he needs to be created in LE and converted to SE.  I don't have LE.  I tried for two days and I'm tired of it.  Cicero is as crazy in life as he is in the game.  If anyone wants to figure it out, you are more than welcome to try.  I have his facegen and facetint.  Just PM me.

    2. I've dramatically changed some NPCs, especially if they are marriageable.  Hadvar, I'm looking at you, bud (grumbling that he's not marriageable).

    3. If you want to remove any NPCs I have instructions on my older NPC overhauls in the Posts Section. I have reposted it about five times and don't feel I need to do it again.

    4.  I have stopped editing the elder NPCs.  It just doesn't work with the elder skin, which I don't have.

    5.  The FOMOD is LARGE and will continue to grow as I add more NPCs.  There are 300 NPCs so far, by my count.  That's a LOT.  Once extracted, it's even larger.  You can learn to convert them to bsa's for space-saving, but it can cause some issues sometimes.  Do so at your own risk.

    6.  If you already have my other NPCs, there is no need to reinstall the FOMOD.  No updates have been made.  Just download the Optional File for Whiterun and/or Falkreath.

    7.  I will NOT make one large mod page for all my NPCs yet... 'yet' being the operative word. I have a lot more NPCs to do. When they are all finished, then I will do so. For now, you have to suffer separate files.

    8.  I have one more NPC overhaul to do, which will include all the random men around Skyrim that were either missed or too small to have their own mod.  In case you ask :)

I really hate to do this, but I'm just going to nip this in the bud now.  The majority of my comments regarding my work have been wonderful, highly positive, and encouraging.  Then there are those who do not like my mods but move on.  That is the mature thing to do.  But there are those in this world who insist on giving their entitled input.  Constructive criticisms are welcome.  Toxicity is not.  I try to give my mod pages a positive environment while trying to help people get the most out of my mods.  Yet, while I am a happy person, I don't have the patience for entitlement.  I will be blunt.

If you do not like my mods, you are free to find what you like elsewhere.  Free will is a wonderful thing.  Modders work very hard making their creations for you all that are FREE.  Don't be that person who complains about free stuff.  The gaming industry is toxic enough.  Let's keep things positive and fun.  If you don't like my mod, do not comment on how much you hate it.  Those kinds of comments benefit no one.  That includes in email.  I do not care about your perceived entitlement.

I have no idea why but Hadvar doesn't get an overhaul... from both this and the AIO mod. Did his ID change with AE? It seems to work for every other NPCs except for him.

Of course, he had an overhaul. His image is there listed among the others. You probably have a mod overwriting mine.

I only use this and Bijin, no other male mods. It's weird because every other NPCs have the overhaul. It used to work fine before AE, just got back to Skyrim and I'm updating my mods and now Hadvar doesn't look fabulous anymore. Tried to put the mod at the very bottom of the load order, same problem. It's only Hadvar so it's not that big of a deal, it just jumped to my face when I launched the game.

I have no idea then. I never upgraded to AE and I don't plan to. I'm not even playing anymore. If his ID got changed (don't see how), then I wonder if someone updated his ID on his nif and texture.

You don't have any mods changing Helgen?

I don't, I have texture and weather mods, armor mods, ELFX, a few mods that adds things like eyebrows for some presets... I am confused by this because I have the same mods as I did before AE, minus a few that were not updated. Either way, great overhauls!

I will probably try to disable everything I can this weekend and see if I can just run the bare minimum with this mod and see if it fixes it. I have too little time during the week to start messing with mods.

If you have SSEEdit, there are ways to check for conflicts. Tons of YouTube videos on it. But I don't know why AE would change only Hadar unless Helgen was updated or changed somehow. I barely have time to come in here as it is, so I don't have time to check on him.

I couldn't see a conflict using SSEEdit however the mod LazyItemHiderRedux wasn't working well so I removed it and guess what, Hadvar looks fabulous again!

I have no idea how or why... That mod shouldn't try to hide items on its own, but I guess it was trying to use the headgear override feature and somehow it messed Hadvar (even in the intro) though it's weird it didn't interfere with other NPCs appearances. Issue resolved though!

Hi, Excellent mod !  Your mod's content makes Skyrim's NPCs fresh everywhere I travel for more fulfilling playthroughs.

After reading your post and some comments from your Posts section, I can recommend a mod that fixes Face Discoloration.

Try this mod named "Face Discoloration Fix" if you find face discoloration in game. I suspect this will fix Cicero's face too if you include him with this mod or as a one off option:
    https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/42441

How it works: The Face Discoloration Fix mod prevents the game from discarding tint data, so when face errors are encountered, it will regenerate faces with correct colors while in a game. Works with saved games.
Note: The Face Discoloration Fix mod needs this Microsoft C++ Redist... installed too:  https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

It’s not a face discoloration problem per se.  It’s mods overwriting mine.  It’s really best to fix the issue.  Because when they get brown face bug, it’s not just the skin but loss of high poly head, hair, eyes, etc.  Brown face bug is basically letting you know there’s a problem.  I really don’t recommend the mod, but rather fixing the issue.

      glad you like them.

So I initially installed just the whiterun npcs to see if I like how it looks in game and to make sure its compatible. It looked amazing and now I'm trying to install the entire list. However, when I go through the installation I get to around 90% done and I get "extraction failed: 7" anyone have any idea what is causing this? I'm on MO2.

Why don't you hold off for a bit, as much as I want you to download all my goodies.  .  The reason I say this is because I'm in the process of loading up my final installment of male NPCs.  It will either be late tonight or in the morning.  After that, I will have a final mod page that houses ALL of the NPCs using my FOMOD with two options.  One with loose files and the other with packed BSAs.

As for your extraction failure, it could be internet disruption or something.  I have no idea.  I don't use MO2, but this FOMOD is LARGE.  The final one consists of just over 400 male NPCs using HPH, so it takes a lot of space.  Hence, the packed BSAs.  If you wait for those, you will save space and it shouldn't take so long to download.

That's great news! Can't wait to see what else you've made!

I've been able to narrow down the problem a bit, for this large file I was able to install all of them EXCEPT for the companions. I received the same  error when I tried to install them off their standalone pack as well. Unsure why that happens. Likely a issue on my end if you haven't heard of it before. But maybe the packed BSAs will solve the issue.

Yeah, that's the first I've heard about any issue with them.  Packed BSAs won't have any meshes/textures.  So if you use it, make sure you're not using any other male overhauls that you are overwriting.  They will get brownface.

Ok, so I noticed the file size on this one is soooo much bigger than all of the others... is that because this is an all in one containing all of your 'men of' series? Or will I still need to install all 8 or 9 of them?  If they were all contained in one download that'd be GREAT!  But, if not I'll still get them all.  LOL  I did see what you said in one of the sticky's from Nov. last year, but didn't know if anything had changed, so I thought I would ask for redundancy sake.  Thank you, again for the beautiful work you've done.  DO keep up the great work.

    Thanks again,

Yep, if you downloaded all of them, it's massive.  There are 300 total NPCs.  I have one more set to do before I'm done.  Once I am, I will bash the file so there will be a minimal size.  But, you lose the loose files.  It's taking me longer to finish than anticipated.  I have 70 more to do and my arm hates it when I spend too much time with the mouse.

That is completely understandable!  Thanks for the quick reply.  Take your time, hon!  We aren't in any hurry.  You've given us 300+ gorgeous men to look at now.  It will take some time.   Hehe.

Ok, off to finish downloading all of these.  Woot!!  Can't wait to see them all "in person" this evening.

I never post anything because I'm from Brazil and my english is not good, so I prefer to avoid misinterpretation. But I had to stop to post (with the help of a translator) and say: What an incredible job! It is so hard to find handsome men around here! They are wonderful!

These look absolutely marvellous, superb work, thank you so much for sharing them!

I have two questions though, do you have a list of every NPC in each of your mods? I have a spreadsheet with my all my downloaded NPCs listed so I can easily find the duplicates and see which ones need to be deleted or disabled.

Also, does the FOMOD contain all of your other Pride of Skyrim NPCs or just the Falkreath, Riverwood, Whiterun ones as per the title? Seems a bit contradictory.

    Cheers, hope you're well.

No, I'm not doing a spreadsheet.  I have other more important things to do on my plate.  I have all the NPCs listed in their respective mod pages in the images section.  I have their names listed on each image alphabetically.  That's your job to make your lists if you're going to use multiple mods. The purpose of what I've done is you don't need multiple mods, not mine.  But, you can assume I've done every male NPC other than the smaller, random ones (which I'm working on that contains 70 more).  There are no guards, bandits, Forsworn, etc.

The FOMOD contains all my downloads.  It's not contradictory.  Once I get my last mod done, it will be moved there.  It gives people the option to download all NPCs in one place.  It's good to have those who are new to my NPCs.  There's no need for it for those who have downloaded my other NPCs already.  They can just download the single file.  This has been requested by downloaders to have this option.  If I don't have the FOMOD, people complain.  If I ONLY have the FOMOD people complain.

Oh sorry, I wasn't asking you to do a spreadsheet! Just wanted to know if you had a list you could share so I could copy it to my spreadsheet! And I wasn't complaining about anything either. Sorry, I must have written my message poorly.

It did seem a wee bit contradictory to me at first that your All In One version is on a mod page under a title that just mentions only Falkreath, Riverwood but thanks for the clarification, will download now. Beautiful work, thank you for sharing.
