Bug fixes and LocRefType assignments
Some locations have names that do not correspond to the name of the cell(s) they contain. Since the quest aliases fill in the location name, they can point to places whose cell name does not match. In some cases, the location name is not one encounterable in the game, neither in maps nor in door pop-ups. I change those location names so they match the name of the cell they load.
