The preset should work as is, but as stated, please adjust the compatibility options to your configuration!
Please let me know if you encounter any problems or have questions. I don't have the resources to playtest every configuration of mods so all feedback is appreciated, and I will try to help. I'm neither the developer of SmoothCam nor a programmer so I can only provide limited support. Please endorse the original mod if you haven't done so already!
If you're looking to share your own presets and don't know where to find them, they are in Data\SKSE\Plugins. The files are named SmoothCamPresetx.json (x being a number 0 through 5). You can also edit presets outside of Skyrim with Notepad/Notepad++ though I do not recommend this.
[UPDATE] Preset Version 1.3b uploaded. Older versions of the preset do not have the correct settings to make use of SmoothCam's new separate 'Vampire Lord and Werewolf' offsets and also have differing 'Compatibility' parameters.
[UPDATE] PresetVersion 1.3b should work with SmoothCam 1.4.2. Please comment if there are some issues as I have only tested for about 10 hours of gameplay.
[UPDATE] Preset Version 1.5 uploaded; made for SmoothCam 1.5. I do not recommend using this with an older version of SmoothCam.
[Thanks for hot files (double hot files, no less)]
The preset or mod entirely seems to turn itself off whenever I equip a helmet. Other than that its an amazing preset, but i cant use helmets with this preset for the time being
EDIT: Of course after I type this I find out what it is... In the Compatibility tab when I unchecked "Immersive First Person View" this bug went away. Now this is legit a perfect preset for me. Much thanks!
I don't use this preset but I just wanna say your tip about disabling local-space interpolation removed any jitter I have while using reWASD to remap a controller stick to mouse movements so thanks a bunch : )
This looks really excellent in your videos! It seems that no matter what I do, the preset does not appear as an option in the SmoothCam mod (nor does any other preset that I download for that matter)
Had troubles with ACC and SC, i hope this preset and ACC ini works
Edit: Kinda, needed to adjust basically everything. I think the position is affected by standing offset. Otherwise the camera zoom in on my ass. Also went for a different preset and disabled the fancy camera movement.
First of all, thanks for this preset and the detailed explanation. Somehow, I can't get it to work. When installed, I correctly see it as a load option is smoothcams mcm. It tells me it loads successfully. But somehow it doesn't work. The third person cam is very close to my character (I can't even see my legs). Any clue what can cause this? Tried alot of settings but nothing seems to work. I'm on latest smoothcam and on 1.5.97.
