It is not craftable, no! (Although it can be upgraded.) Full details are on the original mod page, but there are two locations you can find it: just outside of Riverwood (if you look at the images here, most of them were taken right next to the chest that holds the robes) and in Dragonsreach in Whiterun.
I had a bit of real life for a bit (like 3 years). The fact that anyone still gives two shits about these robes...not going to lie, I teared up a little. Thank you very much.
I actually tried that one a while ago and gave up on it (I can't remember why it didn't work, just that it didn't) but I have started poking at Elianora's new Battle Mage Armour for SE in hopes of eventually uploading that one if I can get it to work better (and obtain permission of course). So stay tuned for a not-quite-what-you-want but hopefully the next-best-thing I guess? ¯\_(?)_/¯
If you check the credits on that mod, you'll see that the male meshes included there are in fact these, which chasemm18 and I built. So to answer your question: yes that mod does include those things...but if you're asking "why does this mod exist when that one already does that?" the answer is that Spongeman131's mod wouldn't do that if this mod hadn't done it first and then allowed those elements to be incorporated there lol.
Your mods are a blessing, I swear. As a gay man I love seeing all of these female only outfits fit to male bodies, its incredible. I also love all of your LGBTQ+ friendly mods and necklaces
These look so nice, but it seems with using Joy of Perspective the first person meshes remain female... I looked down and suddenly I've grown boobs which .. ha... is a personal nightmare of mine. Is there some way to change the first person mesh to match?
Oh no! That's not good! I'm so sorry! I've never used Joy of Perspective so I never even though about something like that. In fact, I pretty much only use first person when I'm trying to make a tricky archery shot...which means my brain put absolutely zero thought into the first person meshes. Even looking at the existing first person meshes now, I'm not sure exactly what's needed by the game (it looks like only arms in base-game files, but the two outfits here have totally different parts included?) so I'm going to give it a try but I can't promise that it's something I'll have a solution to quickly. I sincerely apologize for that experience, though! I'll definitely work on getting that fixed!
If anyone reading this is familiar with the process of creating first person armor meshes, please don't hesitate to share your knowledge!
I'll definitely put that on my list to take a look at, thanks for the recommendation!
As for creating them, I just mangle the meshes in Outfit Studio, tbh. (That's why I'm so limited in how much -- or more accurately, little -- I can change.) It can be tedious and sometimes you'll find a mesh where it just doesn't work, but it's not actually that hard (at least as long as you're willing to accept the certain sloppiness inherent in the limitations of the process lol). I'm sure if I really knew how to make armor, I could do a better job in a program more suited to that task -- but for just tugging and squishing an existing work of art into a slightly different shape, it works well enough for my purposes! Hopefully it will for you too. Good luck -- I would love to see more people jump in on this little accidental project!
To whomever just submitted an image: I'm so sorry! I thought I clicked accept, but I must have missed because it's not showing-up in the images tab now! Please send it again, I promise to be more careful and click the right button this time! *SOB*
Ha ha well happy to help! I'm honestly really enjoying this whole reshaping-clothes-thing more than I expected, so stay tuned: there will definitely be more! Going to eventually do some of the less-matching of the vanilla outfits as well, so ladies can wear some trousers on their farms and gents can wear some long skirts at their market stalls!

I appreciate your time.

(Also, what do you use to make these? I'm thinking of trying my hand at mesh edits myself, but it seems daunting xwx)
