Version-independent artifact removal patch for MorrowLoot Ultimate, primarily for use with modern artifact mods.

DESCRIPTION
This is a version-independent No Artifacts patch for MorrowLoot Ultimate. All artifacts, their references, and locations, apart from Ancient Nord Hero and Thane weapons have been disabled. All other hand-placed loot is kept intact and some artifact locations have been replaced with vanilla weapons.
Ancient Nord Hero and Thane weapons have not been disabled because I believe they feel in gaps in the weapons lineup of the game and only use vanilla assets.
The plugin has been thoroughly cleaned, and made to minimize any compatibility problems and be compatible with likely all future MLU updates.
MorrowLoot was made in 2013, and artifact mods nowadays are much higher quality with additional content.
