For anyone who uses Water for ENB textures with RW2, you need to download both versions of this patch, then hide the meshes from the Water for ENB patch, and the textures from the RW2 patch. At least that's what worked for me! Fixed tysm!

I dont understand. Ive had this working in the past idk what i did to screw it up but ive tried every methodon here and i cant get it to work. all waterfalls still bright white with realistic water 2. and distant waterfall lods are flashing between the natural realitsic water and bright white....
Do yourself a favor and do not install this mod. You will find missing purple weather textures all throughout Skyrim. The most notable is purple wind near High Hrothgar. The author of this mod created a fix that says it fixes the issue, but it did not fix anything for me. Have you ever seen Niagra Falls or a similar large waterfall in your home country? ENB portrays waterfalls exactly how they appear in real life. With this mod installed, I saw a subtle difference before and after. There are a lot of random fixes in the comments talking about replacing nif's or deleting this and moving that. Don't waste your time. This mod should be a download, install and done. Any mod that requires any extra effort to get it working properly should be removed from Nexus.
ive been using this mod for over a year and have had zero issues , no purple textures and it does everything it states . makes a massive difference in making waterfalls and other water related textures much darker and not bright . maybe its your load order or other mods conflicting.
Read the bug reports. Read further back into the comments. It's not a load order problem. The purple wind at High Hrothgar is a well-known issue. This mod does make only a slight difference. I wouldn't say it's a fix or an improvement. What I can say is that I spent days to a week trying to figure out what was causing the missing wind textures. It was definitely this mod, just like the other numerous reports on this mod page and others. If you have been using this mod for over a year, why did you come to the comment section of this mod? I personally think you are here to troll me, and you are completely full of it. Since, I have uninstalled this mod, the waterfalls in Skyrim look realistic and beautiful and all of the wind textures look exactly as they are supposed to. P.S. The before pictures look a little overexaggerated. My waterfalls look a lot better than those before photos without this mod installed. He must have had lousy ENB settings.
yes, that's what worked for me to get rid of the purple water. basically, the meshes weren't told to look at the textures properly, that's why there is purple water to begin with. you could also open nifskope if you have it and change the file paths to look at the correct textures but i haven't done this and i don't know if the proper textures were even packaged to begin with.
SKYKLF, are you sure that this mod is still needed since wSkeever released Water Effects Brightness and Reflection Fix? I don't this that this mod is needed anymore. The wSkeever mod is a better version of this mod, at least I think so.
Fixed it by hiding/deleting dlc2oceanwavesstraight.nif and dlc2oceanwavecurveouter.nif inside meshes/water. I don't know why this mod changed their textures for those meshes but its what cause the issue for me.
Is there really no fix for vanilla+enb? I don't use water mods because potato pc. No grass mods either only all the other environment overhaul textures. If i want to use this i have to have water mods?
I've tried everything to fix the purple snow drift that is caused by this mod - nothing worked. Instead of using this mod, I moved onto use Water Effects Brightness and Reflection fix
