About this mod
Keeps guards at a specific level regardless of player level. There is an optional file that scales the guards with the player forever.

Inspired by a reddit request (itself inspired by the Skyrim Classic mod Unscaled Skyrim Guards), this mod offers several options on what levels guards should be permanently set at.
Redoran (Solstheim) and Skyrim (both Stormcloak and Imperial) guards are affected.
You have the option of making the level of guards one of the following:

Always scaled with player level
You will need to reset the guards for the changes to take place (this will usually occur when you load a new location)
