Changelogs
Description:

By the power of coffee - possibly with alcohol in it - and me having enough of manually clicking through sh*t in SSEEdit I present you: The
FULLY (almost) - AUTOMATED -xEDIT PATCHER

for Better Dynamic Snow. That's right, my chap! No more browsing through the Nexus page, desparateley searching  distuingished (I wrote that wrong didn't I?) patch - collections some mod author or another might upload but of course the mods being patched are not all in the requirements or the name cause they are just too f*cking many patches for them to reasonably do that but how the hell are you supposed to know if the one you are looking for is already available or not?

Requirements:

We
ll, Better Dynamic Snow. And xEdit, SSEEdit, or whatever name you prefer. Obviously. Why am I writing this? Mator's Patching Framework as well, since I can't be bothered to copy that one function I need to find the BDS plugin it is neccessary.

Installation:
Download the zip manually and put the  'BetterDynamicSnowPatcher.pas' file in the 'Edit Scripts' folder in your SSEEdit - installation.

How to use it:
Well, fire up SSEEdit, you can select your entire load - order or just the Plugins you want to create a patch for. And Better Dynamic Snow. I may or may not have given a sh*t about Exception Handling so seriously, check, that 'Better Dynamic Snow.esp' is selected.

Right - click anywhere on (in?) the left panel and select the 'Apply Script' Option and then the 'BetterDynamicSnowPatcher.pas' - Script. Have fun clicking through the subsequent menues that ask you to add each necessary file as a master because I'm an idi  it is only an (almost) - automated process.

In case you use Bruma, there is a patch for Better Dynamic Snow here (the one that patches the meshes) that will solve CTD issues that may otherwise be introduced by running my script on its plugin.

Additional Info:

Since
Majestic Mountains uses its own custom snow shaders, if it is loaded last, my patcher won't pick up on those objects as it looks for vanilla snow shaders. That means, you will still need Better Dynamic Majestic Mountains or Majestic Mountains - BDS With LOD Fix.

Because I'm an idiot and have no idea  I know what I'm doing, SSEEdit does not add the ESL - Flag even though I tell it to do so, like, right after creating the plugin. And right at the end. Whattf? Now you have to do it yourself. It's safe. Go ahead, you can trust me.
