Now using SPID! Now more compatibility patches needed!
This Mod uses 4 Texture Variants for Chickens + Vanilla Texture to randomize chicken skintextures.
It used a small script which selects one random skin on spawn.
This script was made by fadingsignal and is inculded in the mod Real Rabbits HD.
The script is required for this mod, and you have to download it from there.
Many thanks to fadingsignal for letting me integrate his script directly into my mod!

The script is now included. You now longer need to download Real Rabbits HD. (It is still highly recommended, if you also want diverse rabbits in your game)
The .esp is flagged as esl which will not take up a slot in your load order.

Installation:
First Install SPID and its requirements
Option A (Very Easy) - Chickens will use "Better than Nandos" Textures:
Option A2 (Very Easy) - Chickens will use "Mihail Chicken Variants" Textures:
Option B (Also Very Easy) - Another mod has a version for Diversified Chickens (i.e. 2021 Simple Chicken Retexture)
Option C (Intermediate) - If you want other textures
Option D (Expert) - if you want more than or less than 4 Variants

Compatibility Notes:
This mod should be compatible with every other mod without the need for a patch.
Conflicting Mods:
If there is a mod which changes the editorID of Chickens (i dont know why there would be a mod like this xD)

- Download the Better than Nandos version from Main Files.
- Download and install Better than Nando's TEST (Miscellaneous files) from Better than Nando's.
- Remove Better than Nando's.esp. It is not needed.
Option A2 (Very Easy) - Chickens will use "Mihail Chicken Variants" Textures:
- Download the "chicken replacer (se-ae)" from here
- Download "More Chicken Variants (SE-AE)" from here
- Download the Mihail Chicken Variants version from Main Files and overrite the .esp.
Option B (Also Very Easy) - Another mod has a version for Diversified Chickens (i.e. 2021 Simple Chicken Retexture)
- Follow the instructions on that mod page
Option C (Intermediate) - If you want other textures
- Download the Custom Version from Main Files
- Now you need to find 4 chicken textures from any mods you like
- Copy the chicken.dds and chicken_n.dds from all the retexture mods (found in: \textures\actors\chicken)
you downloaded into the directory
"\textures\actors\chicken\skinX" (where the readme.txt is located) - Important: you need to fill every skin folder, otherwise you get purple chickens!
Option D (Expert) - if you want more than or less than 4 Variants
- Open DiversifiedChickens.esp in xEdit
- Remove or add entries to the Formlist. Just follow the structure of the other records.
