Alternatively, you can use Fair skin mod, (as in picture 6), instead of Bijin skin.
Several percents of users have a problem of a glossy body. If you are one of them follow these steps.
There's a mod that controls glossiness GlossTech
It is for Skyrim LE, but it works for SE too.
When you are ingame (any moment, after you got out of the prison in Alternative Start or after you leave Helgen), make a save, leave the game, put the mod GlossTech with all its files into your Skyrim folder, and apply very little glossiness. 2 out of 100.
Then you can enter the game. Problem remedied.
Update.
Fixed an issue in the preset that might cause a glossy body.
It was caused by some mods that have an option to make the body glossy, and even after you delete them, some code still remains. Even in the jslot files. Some mods that try to control the gloss parameter. It took a year to find the reason, finding the cure took just an hour in fact.
