A patch to make the useless bankers in Holds have a purpose in life. Requires Holds.esp, will not work with the modular version.

A quick patch I made up allowing Google's Imperial Bank, Google's Resource Exchange, Exchange Currency, and Coins of Tamriel(V2) to function with the banks added in Holds the City Overhaul.
The banks in Holds are useless eye candy unless you want to buy a vault. So I made a few tweaks to actually make them...y'know....banks. With loans, and stocks, and money exchanging and all the fun stuff you expect from places of scum and villainy.
-Merchants will still exchange coins, but will no longer offer stock services.
-Housecarls no longer offer savings or loan services, with the exception of cities that don't have a bank added (Morthal and Winterhold).
-Combined Leveled list entries for paper money and coins.
-Forwarded entries from the Exchange Currency and Coins of Tamriel Patch. "SL99Exchanger_Patch_Coins of Tamriel V2 SSE Edition.esp" is no longer needed
There is a soft incompatibility with Imperial Mail. This mod adds it's own banking system to innkeepers.
