All credits go to Arxie for the original mod. All I did was some fixing in SSEEdit (for which all credits go to ElminsterAU and the xEdit team).

This is just a fixed .esp file for Arxie's mod "Treasure Hunter SSE". The original mod has some dirty edits and five broken/ deleted navmeshes. This .esp is cleaned with SSEEdit, and I fixed the navmeshes.
As it is the .esp only, you will need the original files: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5789
Install manually (overwrite the .esp) or with MO2 (place after Treasure Hunter, MO2 will use this .esp).
Update 09-01-2020: Added an optional file by CptMcSplody. He added version info and bash tags for LOOT/Wrye Bash.
Disclaimer: I will not guarantee for this mod to work on your game. However, I tested the fixed region with a setting of around 230 ESP and 160 ESL files, so I'm pretty sure there won't be issues.
