after 16 years of fun and challenges I have decided to go into retirement. Being a member and contributor of this great community has been a lot of fun. But with 69 years of age I'm afraid that I'm not able to provide those contributions any more that some of you might expect. Thank you so much to those many modders and users I have worked together with during this time in order to stem exciting challenges. And my apologies to those I might have overreacted to in times of frustration.
All my mods, and in particular FNIS, FNIS SE, and FNIS Sources, are passed over to "The Care Taker", and are fully owned now by "Nexus Mods". And I will not be active any more in any of the Nexus threads, including those I have hosted for years.
Although the timing might imply, this decision was made weeks ago, and has nothing to do with the disastrous situation the whole world is facing now. But it is a clean cut for the coming days, months, and maybe years where I want to take care only for my family and myself.
but it doesn't have a patch listed for it and I don't see an equally named file in my FNIS so my question at the end of the day here is will it break CGO in some capacity? The behaviors in question are a blocking one and hell I can't remember the other one already. (If anyone knows I see the author has a retirement sticky)
Can anyone help? I'm having this problem when I check "Skeleton arm fix" and click Update FNIS Behavior a terminal will pop up then I get an error saying "Unhandled USVFS proxy exception (line 112) Access denied.
i need help, if anyone has experience with Vortex. I've installed the mod exactly based on how the video says it, however, every time i deploy mods, Vortex runs its purge links immediately after, & it removes GeneratFNISForUser.exe, making FNIS unable to run on launch
EDIT: i managed to get the mod to work by manually installing it outside of vortex, but ended up swapping over to Nemesis

I am just restarting with a new Skyrim install and MO2 install. I properly installed SKSE. I have USSEP, Obsidian, EVLaS, Moon and Stars, Rudy ENB, Ethereal Elven, CBBE, SkyUI, Alternate Start, Pick Up Books Simple. All latest versions. Everything worked fine. Goit int he game and tested everything.
Then I installed FNIS behavior/creature/sp[ells, and ran the generate fnis tool, and selected just the top two boxes. Now when i run the game I get an error that says SKSE is not working so SkyUI wont work.
I uninstalled FNIS and deleted everything related to it.
Same error still happening.
EDIT: I uninstalled skyrim and MO2 and reinstalled everything except FNIS.
I would like to use FNIS, I guess, since its required for a bunch of stuff. What can I do to make it not ruin my game?

Q: I tried Pandora and installed some mods like ''precision'' or ''directional movement''. those 2 popup in my pandora engine to generate animations but for example Mod xp32 skeleton doesnt. And ye i checked all the latest versions etc.

Had to redownload FNIS after a couple years of not changing my modlist in order to get some animations to work. Opening FNIS on MO2, I see that it now has an error called "Error 2001 - Application-defined or object-defined error", and won't list any patches in the patch box below, essentially making it so that I am unable to run FNIS properly. Has anyone else experienced this particular error or know how to fix this error? I can't play the game without running FNIS first otherwise everyone is T-posing.
FNIS is used to brush creature animations, while Nemesis is used to brush character animations. They cannot exist at the same time, that is, they are incompatible. There is a way to make them compatible, but it is too troublesome. It is recommended to use Pandora directly.ヾ(≧へ≦)〃
You're wrong. First you patch animations with fnis, then you patch animations with nemesis and you have to make sure Nemesis Output files overwrite FNIS files.
Other than that, you're right; Pandora is gold and saves ton of time and issues.
I think I messed up something with FNIS, I installed with the required mods that lists and the flower girls mods. After I follow the instructions of the videos I try to run a game test, and when I enter I am in front of the wagon, and all NPC's have dissapeared. Then I try to load a run just before the beheading, and in that moment all NPC's were t posing and no movement. Any help pls?
For some reason the mod page has manual, NMM and MO/Vortex installation guides. But the uninstall guides has only manual and NMM. I'm a bit confused, because I did it with Vortex, so is it okay if I simply turn it off and uninstall? No creature mods thing, only FNIS independent animations

Delete this hkx file. FNIS Generator will still give you a warning, but the game should run just fine and your NPCs will NOT be t-posed.
Where is fnissmconfigmenu.psc? there is no such file in your uploaded mod
