after 16 years of fun and challenges I have decided to go into retirement. Being a member and contributor of this great community has been a lot of fun. But with 69 years of age I'm afraid that I'm not able to provide those contributions any more that some of you might expect. Thank you so much to those many modders and users I have worked together with during this time in order to stem exciting challenges. And my apologies to those I might have overreacted to in times of frustration.
All my mods, and in particular FNIS, FNIS SE, and FNIS Sources, are passed over to "The Care Taker", and are fully owned now by "Nexus Mods". And I will not be active any more in any of the Nexus threads, including those I have hosted for years.
Although the timing might imply, this decision was made weeks ago, and has nothing to do with the disastrous situation the whole world is facing now. But it is a clean cut for the coming days, months, and maybe years where I want to take care only for my family and myself.
I am looking at a similar ( or same ) Not finding any answers:

i tried it for 2 weeks none worked fnis being a pain bout give up cause tried everything deleted all files reinstalling it its still there the error everyone talking bout just wanna use flower girl but no damn bug in game wont let me play way i want and its a issue everything is reverted co]apatible its just fnis itself if there someone can help with solution i appreaciate it i dont wanna start new game 12X just get fnis working just wanna enjoy game way i wanted and intended not this bs flowergirl still on there but no animations its just fnis itself all bout errors i looked up youtube no luck finding fix the matter am pissed off fnis has that error i hate it says1 mod sucess rest is error and not download right and other says its sucessful its the link itself when downloading fnis that happens it says fnis not downloaded its right there click the bar sucessful other is errorif someone has simular problem like me you all know how i feel
When you install the mod and it says invalid data click the arrow next to FNIS Behavior SE 7.6 XXL, ( I wouldnt use the reg 7.6 as the XXL version lets you use alot more animations). Then right click on the data folder and select set as data directory. It will install then. I installed the mod and everything works well, but there is a bug with another mod that I am using that causes it to break when I unequip a spell or weapon of some sort. Is there a way I can start the game without it auto-equipping the idle spells?
I have a new PC and System (Win11) and made a clean install of the new Version of SkyrimSE 1.6.1170 . I used NMM since over 15 years and never had a problem with FNIS. Whenever i mentioned i use NMM or later NMMCE alot of people told me, i have to use vortex or MO2 or i get no support or whatever. I read there are to many problems or errors (i also had, when i tried) with vortex so i decided to use MO2. Everything works fine with my Mods so far, until FNIS Behavior, FNIS Spells, FNIS Sexy Move, FNIS Creature Pack. I tried to install it and get this error: "The content of <data> does not look valid issue on MO2". Ok, nothing new so i repacked it < FNIS.zip->Data > done, but i still get the same error. What do i do wrong? I searched for the problem, but there was only old issues with both that have nothing to do with mine.

Hi! Have you watched Gamerpoets FNIS installation and use vid? He explains something about that data directory thing with MO2, I think he answers your question there. Also I haven't yet used FNIS or Nemesis I'm just doing my research now but I've seen so many posts about them not being compatible. Also in the MO2 Discord they say you need to pick one of them. I hope this helps or that you already got help from somewhere!
I am using the mod Maximum Carnage which require this mod or Nemesis and I keep getting freezes when I power attack to the head of the npc. Anyone can help?

I followed GamerPoets instllation to a T and have at first had no issues but somewhere along the way they both stopped working.
I'm at my wits end (BTW LOOT works as expected)
