Shout Commander adds a variety of new shouts to set and control multiple followers in one action.

Rallying Cry - Global: Commands all of your active followers around the world to make their way to you

Group - Dismiss: Dismisses all nearby followers found in Multiple Followers Framework
Group - Recruit: Configurable recruitment for all nearby followers and NPCs
Group - Follow: Command all nearby followers to stop waiting at the same time
Group - Wait: Command all nearby followers to wait for you at the same time

Target - Dismiss: Dismisses targets hit by the shout
Target - Recruit: Recruits targets hit by the shout
Target - Follow: Command targets to stop waiting
Target - Wait: Command targets to start waiting

Group shouts detect any nearby NPC in a large area around the player using a Cloak Spell, and applies different effects based on the type of group shout that was used. Shout Commander can be configured using the Manual of Configuration that is included with Multiple Followers Framework, allowing you to recruit additional types of NPCs. Shout Commander can also be installed alongside any other follower framework you may be using already so you can always have the option of managing hundreds of followers at a time for whatever reason.

The mod also patches follower AI in MFF to include sandboxing mechanics, and makes it so that all races can talk, for use as a follower.
