Adds the cloaks and capes from the mod Cloaks and Capes by volvaga0 to more NPCs and fixes some small bugs.

Guard and Faction cloaks can now only be crafted after a related quest has been completed, the quests are listed below:
Other notable changes include:
Reduced the variety of enchantments that can be placed on the cloaks. (WACCF version only.)
Manual conflict resolution may be needed depending on what mods you are using.
Installation:
Install Cloaks and Capes.
Install the main version of this patch.
If you use Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes and Armor and Clothing Extension install the Cloaks&Capes - WACCF-ACE patch.
If you use Cutting Room Floor install the Cloaks&Capes - Cutting Room Floor patch.
Final install order should be the following:

Guard and Faction cloaks can now only be crafted after a related quest has been completed, the quests are listed below:
- All Hold cloaks - Once the player has become Thane of the relevant hold.
- Collage of Winterhold - Once the player has completed the quest "First Lessons".
- Dark Brotherhood - Once the player has completed the quest "With Friends Like These..."
- Dawnguard - Once the player has completed the quest "A New Order".
Other notable changes include:
- Imperial soldiers may use either the red or purple cloaks.
- Vampires may use the black cloak.
- Skaal hunters may use any of the fur cloaks.
- Bandits may use a variety of cloaks.
- Thalmor may use any of the linen cloaks.
- Forsworn may use the leather or brown fur cloak.
- The Companions may use any of the fur cloaks.
- Added the cloaks to more NPCs.
