MCM might have issues registering my mod for some users, I have it fixed in the next version that I will release later.
Version 1.3.1 changelong: -Fixed issue where armor that used multiple slots masks would result in the removal of extra pieces of that armor from inventory, along with the duplicate set when leaving vampire lord form. Now it correctly removes the duplicate set that is used for the vampire lord form while ignoring any extras that you may have in your inventory. -Fixed Harkon's new vampire lord form to work correctly with all other races besides just dark elf.
Version 1.3.0 changelog: -Added a hotkey that can be used instead of the spell to set vampire lord equipment and the ability to change the hotkey using MCM, default key is V. -Fixed skin for Charmers of the Reach races. -Changed script to be compatible with mods that might allow werewolf and vampire lord to both be used.
WARNING: Do not upgrade if your only save is in vampire lord from with a save using version 1.2(Upgrading from 1.2.1 and up is safe) you will lose your equipment if you do, you should be safe if your characters save is not in vampire lord form when upgrading.
Follow the instructions below if you are using FNIS to prevent the "abomination" in vampire lord form: Step 1: Backup the following two files from the mod folder of this mod before running FNIS: meshes\actors\vampirelord\behaviors\vampirelord.hkx meshes\actors\vampirelord\characters\vampirelord.hkx Step 2: Run FNIS and have it update behaviors, then copy the two files back into the mods folder. Alternatively If you are using mod organizer then you can copy the files into the overwrite folder instead after running FNIS.
For anyone using High Poly Head mod and your face reverts back to the non high poly face parts when transformed, you gotta open the HNV***.esp, where *** is the race you're using, in creation kit. Load up the plugin and search for dlc1vampirebeastrace, at the top select your gender, go to face data tab and make sure Overlay head part list and Override head part list are unchecked. Save the plugin.
i've used this for quite a while and never gave me any trouble and was always great for certain playthroughs, have you ever thought of trying to make a humanoid werewolf mod as well? i know there are ways that could be done with other mods but one similar to this one hasnt been brought to my attention yet at least
The pinned reply explains very clearly, even with ssedit. You should load HNVNord.esp in ssedit and find Race/VampireBeastRace in the subtree. Then set the value of Overlay head part list to 0.
Omg thank you so much my friend, That did the job. I was just dumb and could not understand that it was overlay head part list and Override head part list that needed to change from 1 to 0 like you explained. Thank you again i really appreciate your help. :)
What to do if you use the abomination fix and still get the abomination? Should FNIS/Nemesis/Pandora outputs be overwriting this mod? I don't know what else to do.
Well, me personally I had Faster Transform mod and didn't have the abomination, but I wanted to test it without Faster Transform, and it does the abomination without that mod. So, people can try that as well. My issue was more of not having my BHUNP body, gear, etc., even though it saves my gear (so it says), and it shows the readout of it all being equipped and unequipped on screen, instead I'm just the generic vanilla plucked chicken lord. I think you know what I mean.
When I turn into a vampire, my previous clothes still work, but when I turn back into a human, my clothes disappear, turning to nude. im using 1.64 versin of skyrim. is anyone knows how to fix it?
how would I go about changing the skin texture of the lord form? its not the correct one for my race and I'm having difficulty with knowing what to swap out

FYI for anyone who can't find "DLC1vampirebeastrace" == it's under the races tab in the CK
