- Made into an ESP flagged ESL, few tweaks to improve compatibility with other mods and some nav mesh clean up. Changes to some areas to better fit with the design and layout of the walls; also had to rewrite the quest for guards and merchant.

- Removed problematic nav mesh around house I believe it was the source of some Crashes for xbox one users. Removed custom planter was not needed really. You can delete the texture bsa it is not used anymore. If you have it. Fixed quest not completing use (completequest aaadLakeviewUpgrades)in console. To complete if it did not in last update.
