Heljarchen Hall 2.0 is NOW an esp flagged esl and requires a clean save or new game play.

Thanks goes to Skyrimknight22 for helping me maintain mod. Skyrimknight22 is working on updates fixes while I am away from modding Skyrim.


Skyrimknight22 is working on Lakeview Manor (now) and Windstad will happen (lots of nav-mesh fixing to do so will take sometime). Fixing reported issues and navmeshes.

New updates will be under misc files for now as testing is on going.

Planned Features. - I am still around as of 12 6 2020.
Been working on a lot of mod projects so here is hoping for these features.
---Step One. Add one caravan merchant at each location that is an optional add-on.
---Step two. Make walls able to be built with other items. To do this will take a lot of planning so please show your support for these add-ons.

The Mods----These Mods are upgrades for the Hearthfire Homes Windstad, Lakeview, and Heljarchen. I do plan to merge the mods into one esp once I have fixed any reported issues. The goal of this mod is to keep the upgrade simple and as compatible with other mods as possible.

Making mod.--- I wanted to make a more lore friendly and simple upgrades to the hearth fire home. Just some walls, guards, basic starter ruins with a (lab, enchanter, and bed), and some little details here & there. Not a city or port as we currently have these on the Nexus. I have also made them compatible with the old (not required) Pool and Hot Bath for Hearthfire by sa547.

Lakeview Manor Home--- A modern estate home with gardens, lights, three Falkreath Guards, Foundations, and, Old Cabin in the woods. Now with Merchant. Quest coming soon.

Windstad--- A ancient Nord ruin walled, with old towers, lights, and three Morthal Guards. Said to be an old fort of Isgramor.

Heljarchen Hall--- An old imperial fort with ruin towers, training dummies, Lights, and, three The pale Guards.


You now have to hire the guards and a vendor at Heljarchen so far for 1500 gold. The quest should start once you have or if you already have the land. Has markers as to where to go.

Not required but has old mods that were supported to use with the mod.(Note what I did for the old mods as long as they do not use meshes. Just load in new creation kit and save. So far they seem to work fine for me doing that. Also, unpack the old BSA files or your game won't load can't use those.) Sorry, I will not send you my updated files as I do not have permission to give them out.

Note, All files are in the main download in New Bsa format for nice clean install use Vortex.
 

Your Load order should be this-

Dracos Hearthfire Homes Heljarchen.esp

Really load only matters if you have other mods that edit the area.



Note the esp can be anywhere as long as you have no conflicting mods in the same area then it should go above them.

(As I have all the loose file for the creation kit I can't test BSA so let me know if you get Yellow! mark or the quest doesn't work). I have used and planned this for a long time. So I hope you can see the detail and plan on it.

----Known Conflicts.

  • Mods that edit the same area will conflict with navmeshes and some clipping. That may cause CTD due to nav mesh conflicts.
  • Lakeview Manor's patch may conflict with Oakwood ( By Schlitzohr ) it is unknown if it has the same conflicts as the the mod below.
  • Lakeview Manor's patch will conflict with Oakwood ( By Arthmoor ) if you want to see what area conflicts look in the images section. (ORANGE SQUARE IS SPOT)
