Note - Windstad is still WIP at this point I need to completely redo all nav meshes to improve performance. Then add a merchant and other improvement at Winstad. It works just has nav mesh pathing issues that may affect fps in area. Been on my to do list for awhile.
1.4L - Lakeview navmeshes are fixed now with some optimizations. Added merchant. Quest hasn't been added yet for the merchant on Lakeview but wanted to get navmesh fixes out.
1.4H - An evening later I believe I have all reported issues fixed with Heljarchen Hall. As for notes. I had the default script in BSA and an unedited note event that may have caused issues in mods that edited same. Removed them. Let me know if the merchant doesn't show up. Plus, I fixed nav meshes right. I had watched a bad guide in past now I found a good guide and should be fixed right now. Which should also improve FPS in the area.
P.S. This mod is not abandoned I just have been taking a break from mods due to health reasons. I am still around just having a hard time keeping up with mods. My Friend SKyrimKnight22 is now helping me with comments. So anything he comments is pretty much coming from me he just relaying messages.

For those experiencing Crashes when using the mod Heljarchen farm. To fix this you need to Open Heljarchen Farm.esp in SSEdit. In upper Left window search 000EA18D. (Screenshot Posted on Nexus page as reference Links Below.). Two ways to fix. One is just delete that Reference but then you lose Nav Mesh changes. Best way is to right click reference on left and go to change formid. Just input a new number like 050EA18D as example, Check in next prompts to update references with new ID, then save (Should only edit Heljarchen farm.esp when done). If you check for errors by right clicking as well, the plugin has 7 errors at time of writing this. You should only see those if done right.
Great mod!! Not compatible with Civil War Overhauls due to faction conflicts. My new Heljarchen guards aggro'ed on me instantly because they were Stormcloak faction and I'm a damn dirty Imperial. I didn't care, tho, because this mod fixed the "can't build the Hearthfire home" bug for me. RIP, Heljarchen guards.
So I have confirmed that your lakeview manor upgrades port for ps4 conflicts with the fast alternate start mod, it’s not listed in your description as a conflict but when selecting to start with a hearthfire home(lakeview) it immediately crashes the game, I have no other exterior mods in that area that would cause the crash so I’m pretty sure it’s between your mod and the fast alternate start mod, I haven’t tested out other alternate start mods but I would say that any alternate start mod involving starting with lakeview manor hearthfire home will crash the game, doesn’t even get past the loading screen. Just informing you since it’s not listed
Hi I love your mod, but I have noticed when I use this mod and https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/59933 (Butterfly Hatchery it causes land around the stairs at the garden area. i was wondering if you could add a patch for this.
Hello, using this with Heljachen Farm and I love the old Imperial Fort asthetic. Have no land tears, farm works great, the only issue i have is pathing from the front of the haljarchen hall to the tower area by the outdoor crafting area. It seems there is no pathing there at all. I run up with followers and they just stand down there, and vice versa. The same with the guards. Its just that area, no other spots. I removed the mod, and they run back and forth with no issues, then re-enable, and its the same area. All in all, its truly minor. I tell you though, once i removed the mod to check the entire heljarchen hall area felt...nekkid and vulnerable, and despite the pathing issue, i reintalled anyway.
I have downloaded all three but only Heljarchen has worked. Neither the exteriors of Lakeview and Windstad exteriors have spawned in. Any ideas why this might be and have a solution?
