Hi John! Is there any way that you could make an "icy" version of this lock for Security Overhaul? I miss seeing your locks whenever I unlock a snowy chest.
Not working, the ney key doesn't show up, The UI is here but not the new key. And i saw i'm not the only one to have this problem.. Installed the mod correctly after the main file and everything but nope.
Anyone know how I could go about fixing the scaling of the lock pick interface for ultra wide screens? The interface is zoomed in and cutoff. Been using this mod for years, and always wanted to fix that. Yes I run all the necessary ultra wide fixes. The lockpickmenu.swf from skyrim that this mod utilizes is scaled correctly (verified with JPEXS), yet the JS textures are still zoomed in and cut off. Any ideas?

Fix found - Open up the lockpickshiv01.nif in nifskope. Navigate to BSFadeNode, then NiNode for LockPick01. From there open NiTriShape, and edit the scale to your liking. I like 0.80. In the same menu open NiNode for the tumbler, and then the NiTriShape for the tumbler and set the scale to 0.8, and the X and Z translation to 3.0 and 0.3 respectively.
Simplest way to do this is to scale the BSFadeNode itself of the lockpickshiv01.nif file to 0.8. Only issue is the lockpick itself does not line up in the lock anymore. I tried changing the nodes of the lockpick01.nif file. But to my surprise I cannot get it to move and line up correctly no matter what. I'd need someone with more expertise in this stuff.
Edit: You can scale both lockpickshiv01, and lockpick01 to 0.8. All looks correct, but when the player rotates the pick itself, it acts unexpectedly. It will rotate out of the lock bounds. Not sure how to fix that. I will revert to the regular interface that is a little zoomed. If anyone ever finds a way to scale this for 21x9 user, pm me. Thanks for the mod John!
Picking locks has never been so much fun with this highly detailed unique user interface. I even uninstalled lock pick cheat mod so I can stay here longer, thanks johnskyrim!
Wondering if you'd ever consider doing a patch for Security Overhaul SKSE - Lock Variations so that the frozen lock in that mod used a frozen version of your Lock. Don't feel obligated or anything though, just thought I'd throw that request out there.

This is a "get back into modding", type mod (while I have a tiny bit of time anyway)
1.1 - Changed texture paths to not interfere with Hearthfire DLC.
