After this war to find what I need with google, I finally found something very similar to what I need. What I need is a way to simply select a perk from a list so I don't need that insufferable skill menu added to the game by default but this is a cheat and I dont want a cheat.
In 2018, we had threePwny looking to get confirmation from BiggerDigger to make the Ordinator patch In 2019, he listened. In 2020, we have the community looking for threePwny or someone else to make the Ordinator patch now that permission has been granted.

Hello everyone, I wanted to point out that BiggerDigger (The Original Creator) has given permission to modify this mod on the condition that he/she is given credit. You can clearly see this in the permissions section of the original mod page. This means we do have permission to create a compatibility patch for Ordinator. I wish I could do this myself but I do not have the required knowledge or skill. Is anyone able to help with this? Many thanks.
