I am not the original creator of this mod, so I cannot give any permissions of my own. According to the original mod's Nexus page, the creator gives the following permissions:
Other user's assets: All the assets in this file belong to the author, or are from free-to-use modder's resources
Upload permission: You can upload this file to other sites but you must credit me as the creator of the file
Modification permission: You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it
Conversion permission: You can convert this file to work with other games as long as you credit me as the creator of the file
Asset use permission: You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file
Asset use permission in mods/files that are being sold: You are not allowed to use assets from this file in any mods/files that are being sold, for money, on Steam Workshop or other platforms
Asset use permission in mods/files that earn donation points: You must get permission to earn Donation Points for your mods if they use my assets

***COMPATIBILITY NOTICE*** I'm putting this at the top of the description here, so please be sure to read this! This is not my mod, so I CANNOT give any permissions. On their original mod page, BiggerDigger gave permission for conversions of the file (which this port is), but not modification. Ergo, no one is allowed to make compatibility patches for perks mods such as "Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim" without first obtaining BiggerDigger's permission.
I'd be willing to work on patches, so I have reached out to them, but they haven't been active in a couple years, so I can't say when or even if I'll hear back. I'm assuming that permission is given on a singular basis, so if there's anyone else who wants to work on compatibility patches, you should contact BiggerDigger yourself. In the meantime, until BiggerDigger responds, there will be no compatibility for Ordinator or other mods that change the perk trees.
Original description:
Simple user interface to (re)allocate perks. Allows you to add/remove perks one by one or reset entire perk tree and regain perk points.
Compatibility Dawnguard is supported (Werewolf and Vampire Lord perks) but is not required to install or use this mod. This mod does not have support for a mod that adds new perks or changes original perks and/or their positions in the tree.
Installation and Use 1. Install SKSE 2. Install SkyUI 3. Install Perks UI 4. Launch the game with SKSE 5. Use in-game Mod Configuration Menu (which is part of SkyUI) to access Perks UI

Better Installation Instructions (because I can) Make sure SKSE64 and SkyUI are installed (they should have their own adequate install instructions) Vortex: 1. Copy "PerksUI.esp" and "PerksUI.bsa" to your Skyrim installation Data folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data) 4. To uninstall, simply delete "PerksUI.esp" and "PerksUI.bsa" from your Skyrim installation Data folder
