- Rebalanced skill bonuses to 4% per book
- Implemented messages the proper way, adding translation support
- Added an option to disable notifications using the global variable _RIG_ShowNotifications
- Added the info panel MCM to the main plugin
- Added translation support to the MCM
- Changed MCM to fill left-to-right instead of top-to-bottom
- The mod will try to initialize with the books you have already read when installing it on an existing save (requires SKSE)
- Reworked scripts to function better when updating mid-playthrough
- Renamed the plugin to 'ReadingIsGood.esp'
- Updated the plugin name in the xEdit script
- SkyRe compatibility is now provided by a patch

- The mod has been rebuilt from the ground up
- The plugin name has changed to reflect version incompatibility
- All additional skill book mods are now supported with the new xEdit Patcher
- Cumulative skill bonuses are now hard-coded instead of derived multiplicatively
- Bonuses have been slightly rebalanced
- Number of bonuses per skill is hard capped at 7
- New scripting method is more robust when installing on existing saves
