If anyone is interested I'm part of a Discord server dedicated to the Predator lost tribes mod. It is much easier to get hold of me there than here.

I use Hunterborn, and I think it and the Scrimshaw Expanded mod, among others, and I thought these would work well if patched for Predators: The Lost Tribes like Immersive Armors etc have been. Hunterborn SE Hunterborn SE MCM Hunterborn Scrimshaw Expanded
I know it's in the download with the whole soup mash up mod download file, but if it's not a major hassle could you make a solo download patch for just the immersive armors for the lost tribe's mod? (If there is one already in the selection spot, could I be pointed in that direction as I've missed it)
Where is Lost tribes in your load order? and is the Predator-DLC-patch loaded after it?
Predator lost tribes mod should be really low in load order... not quite last but we're talking just above things like alternate start and real water two kinda low. It should be working perfectly as long as it's in the right load order and the patch is just after it. I've been considering revisiting some of the older patches and uploading them with esl tags to save on plugin space.
These are just patches so the armours will be visible, nothing more nothing less, this mod does nothing to the meshes. Technically yes this should support bodyslide stuff, as in you've made a bodyslide mesh for one of the patched mods.. then the yautja race should be using that bodyslide generated mesh while wearing the aforementioned armour. I hope that answered your question.
