Swaps the enchantment Values for the Blackguard and Guild Master armor sets.

It always bugged me that the Blackguard armor set had higher level enchantments than the Guild Master armor set, but could be picked up immediately after joining the Thieves Guild. So I swapped them, and gave the Guild Master chest piece a 10 point boost on it's enchantment.
Install with NMM or drop the .esp in the download into your Data folder.
