Adds three expert level concentration-type destruction spells to the level list.

Introduction:
You know that feeling of excitement you got when you first used the spell Flames or Sparks in Skyrim? it sure was fun to spray the elements from your hands at people. However these spells quickly became outclassed by others and lets face it, the spell "Wall of Flames" or "Wall of Frost" just didn't act the same. So I made 3 new spells that are expert level versions of Flames, Sparks, and Frostbite.
Each spell uses the visual effects of the its element's master destruction spell to make it look cooler, i.e. for Inferno your whole hand is on fire.
The Spells:
Insatiable Flames: Burns things, has a magnitude of 50 the same damage as a Fire rune
Lightning Arc: Shocks things, has a magnitude of 50 the same damage as a Shock rune
Winter Gale: Freezes things, has a magnitude of 50 the same damage as a Ice rune
The spell tomes have been inserted into the level list of destruction spells so you should start finding them organically. I would absolutely recommend making a bashed patch to ensure that the lists from this mod are not overwritten by another magic mod.
