Since I use both mods and I could not suffer getting rid of either of them nor looking at the clipping in the wall between the Plains and Wind District (Gah, my perfectionist eyes!), I made this patch for myself and decided to share it.

More Details:
  • The only thing this patch does, (or should do, unless I butter-fingered something while making this), is disable some objects and revert some changes from Deadly Shadows (such as putting vanilla walls back in their original spot, which in turn Walls Redone turns into fortified walls). The incompatibility was mostly clipping on the wall separating the Plains and Wind Districts caused by DS moving and adding stuff. 
  • I went for the most obvious stuff, so there might be some clipping I missed.
  • Removed a hanging mammoth head because it was clipping into JK's Bannered Mare, another mod I use. Just for me. Mod not needed for this patch. 
  • Nothing from Walls Redone is touched, but Whiterun Has Walls Redone and its patch for JK's Skyrim in the Patch Hub are assigned as masters to the patch (because why else would you need this patch in the first place). You should be able to remove them without issue in xEdit if you want to though. 
  • Note that I have not checked out this patch in-game during/after the siege of Whiterun during the Civil War Quest, so I don't know if Deadly Shadows added something then that I've missed. Again, use at your own risk!

Everything worked fine when I tested it alongside EVG - Animated Traversal - Caine's Roof Access for JK's Skyrim (EVGAT).
