I'm uncertain, as I've never delved into the "no city loading screen" mods. I THINK the way those mods operate is create new additional worldspaces that are copies of the original spaces (e.g. interior Whiterun), while my patch edits the (then inaccessible) original non-open worldspace. It might be fine if used with SR Exterior Cities - Synthesis Patcher by J3w3ls (also author of Whiterun Has Walls Redone, which my patch was made for). J3w3ls seem to be involved with the Exterior Cities Series in some way (answering comment questions and so). Try it out?
