Based on this silly fella drawn by Michael Kirkbride for Morrowind. Perfect for eccentric (and fashionable) wizards!
Notes:
Be sure to download the hair from Regis - Resources
Any male skin mod of your choice should work fine, but I personally recommend BnP Male Skin - Extra Options, Elder FOMOD option
Load BretonMageMorrowind.jslot from the presets list and then load BretonMageMorrowind.nif in the sculpts tab to get the wacky hair
The Beards of Power mod has been updated and changed EditorIDs/removed BoP_04_Breton, so if anyone wants to have their kirkbridian Breton they should use the one with version "03cbeard" (for HighPolyHead) or "0.3beard' (for no HPH) in the Old Files section instead of the main file. (Big thanks to Pizzadeliveryman for the heads up!)
