The last and largest of this series. As many will agree, Winterhold is the most boring hold in Skyrim. With the exception of the College, there is almost nothing relevant there, and it's the only hold where it is not possible to get a house, because of this I decided to ignore my "rule" of building only simple houses and do something more interesting. In general, it is still inferior to other house mods, but this one has;
Features
A cooking station.
A blacksmith forge, workbench and sharpening station.
A bookshelf with capacity to store and display up to 54 books.
Four beds, one for you and another 3 for followers.
Two mannequins.
A tanning rack.
Several safe containers.
A Shrine of Talos, of Kynareth and of Akatosh.
But no enchanting station, what are we? Some mages?!
Location Next to the College bridge, behind The Frozen Hearth.
How to Get The key is inside a satchel in Yngol Barrow, now you get a cool helmet and a player home!
Additional details No navmesh problems. There's a cow inside because apparently the Vikings kept them inside their houses, and I used this image as inspiration. The navmesh of the cow's little spot is isolated from the rest of the house, so you don't have to worry about Bessie running away or eating the entire kitchen while you're gone. If you have Immersive Interactions - Animated Actions you can milk her. There are three shrines as mentioned above, each one comes with a nordic mural, The Fox for Talos, the Hawk for Kynareth, and the Dragon for Akatosh. My intention was to portray a little bit of the "old ways" and as I understand these are the modern equivalent of the old nordic pantheon, except Talos of course, but I couldn't find a more fitting mural and there are some theories of Talos being a Shezarrine. About compatibility, should be compatible with Cities of the North - Winterhold Expanded by default, but need a patch for JK's Skyrim.
