Can anybody please help me? The driver proposes to travel to other cities only verbally. There is no option to select travel in dialog menu. Any support would be highly appreciated.
If you can travel to the five capitals but don't get the new destinations, it's almost always the usual, much-commented conflict... in xedit check FormID 000CDF9E, or see whether the load order and incompatibility info in the description can help you. If something else isn't working as it should, try to enter in the console stopquest 00017F01 and then startquest 00017F01. Another possibility might be that CC is installed but not active (very unlikely, but it can happen)... check your mod manager.
Hi everyone! it seems not to be compatible with the Shipping Crates added by Legacy of the Dragonborn to Hearthfire Mansions, driver's chairs occupy the same as LOTD's shipping crates . If anyone knows of any patches, please let me know.
Is it a feature of this mod that carriage drivers aren't always available for hire depending on the time of day? If so, would be great if we could have the option to turn that off as it can be quite inconvenient to always wait around for the right time when playing with fast travel turned off.
It’s strange this mod was working fine now after about 50 hour gameplay just keeps ctd when I hope on carriage any ideas what could be going on or is anyone else experiencing this. Did not add or remove any mods and no load order change like I said was working but all of a sudden stopped
Hi sorry I was in a hurry before was heading to work. So whiterun is a no go either leaving or entering, however out of about 4 attempts one worked with no crash. Dawnstar was the same as well as the town (can’t remember the name) where the crops grow really well it’s nearwhiterun , but I have always found it to be buggy that town. I don’t have any followers as that was my first thought. Sorry I really don’t know how else to explain cause it is just really bizarre and I have used this mod before which is a must have in my load order. Anyway I’ll tinker a round abit with load order and see what happens sorry I couldn’t describe it in more detailed
Well, I think that the important part is *when* you get the ctd. When you use the cart, the screen fades to black, then one of the "load screens" pops up as in normal fast travel. If the ctd happens when loading the new location, there's probably something wrong in that place and this mod should have nothing to do with it. Usually those kinds of glitches are temporary and tend to fix themselves when you keep playing. Of course, this is just my opinion and I could be wrong... a "crash logger" might be useful...
All good found it. It was a custom follower mod which was a bit buggy from start. It turns out that the follower doesn’t like been imported at all too follower framework it’s a long story but to put it simple it was just a buggy mess. Lesson learnt there but thanks to your mod I found the problem early. Thankyou for quick response too much appreciated and your mod is one I always tell people why didn’t bethesda have have this from the start lol cheers mate
Dear friend, you could make a patch for your precious mod. It has some snowy drawbacks on Dawnstar and buries itself in the ground by Falkreath (I don't know if it's because of this one or Buvarp)... I don't look good in other places but it does change quite a few things. The cool thing is that you have some Dawnstar Capital Assets and that if it's patched by you, suddenly it's not a lot of work. Thank you very much in advance.
Anyway to remove the horns? I like everything else about the mod its just the horn that feels a bit out of place, especially in VR. Thanks for the amazing mod!
Hey I have a strange issue that another person seems to have gotten at the border of Bruma with the carriages. The carriage seems to just float. I have a fairly large LO, but this person has the same issue as me and most of the same mods with a less crazy LO:
I do share your suspicion, even more so because it's clearly stated in the description that this is not compatible with Northern Roads. Maybe not that specific Bruma patch, but possibly another NR one or NR itself. I see two options: Make or find a patch, or choose which mod you want to keep.
Ah didn't catch that in the description, I installed this mod first, then after a while decided to try Northern Roads and didn't see if things were compatible after.
I have installed Helgen Reborn and Convenient Carriages I.C. with support for Helgen. Helgen is right now in the process of being rebuilt, and the "Travel to Helgen" option has appeared in the carriage driver's dialog list.
I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, but now for the first time in my game, I get random crashes when using fast travel or travelling by carriage to random locations. Please see the crash message in the spoiler section. What could be the issue?

The BGSIdleMarker is a "farming idle" that Hella uses in a "hoeing routine" package, and CC moves it, just a little, to a different position. It's been in the mod since the beginning and it's the first time that I hear about issues because of it, surely it never caused issues in my game. Could it be that this Hella is having problems with her AI, or animations, or pathfinding? The coincidence might be because the AI package and the CC Helgen destination are probably enabled more or less at the same time.
But then you say that you get CTDs fast traveling to random locations, so I don't understand how can you get error reports about Helgen stuff if you're not traveling to Helgen.
Maybe you could try to load CC in xedit and delete the XX0C6E46 reference (it's not really important.) It's a long shot, but at least your crash reports should no longer mention my poor little mod :)
All in all, I suspect it's a temporary glitch and that it will disappear if you just keep playing.
Thank you very much for your fast reponse! Much appreciated.
Yes, I was also puzzled why I would get CTDs for other fast traveling/carriage locations than Helgen with the same crash message... I will try your suggestion and report back once I have been able to test.
Aargh, my bad, it is solved, it was a load order issue... I had the Helgen ESP below the CC ESP in MO2. However the CC ESP has the Helgen ESP as a dependancy and therefore it should be below the Helgen ESP in MO2.
This happened because I had installed CC a long time ago (without Helgen support) and only recently added Helgen to the mod list and then reinstalled CC with Helgen support...
Hello. I'm here to ask for permission for a patch regarding this mod. This mod is very great and I have been using it for a long time. But there is one thing I am wondering about.
The guards are dressed like bandits and when there is a bandit attack event, it is hard to tell friend from foe. The other day I had a ...... hard time at the Riften stables because I mistakenly hit an escort for a bandit who attacked me.
So, using SPID, I made a patch to give the folks at CC_GuardFaction some new armor. The gear I'm giving away is QwibQwibMods' Traveler's Armor Pack. I have lovingly chosen armor that is not assigned to bandits in the large SPID, and that is not SMP, and will not be pitiful if they are assigned to Winterhold or Solitude.
If I get permission from you, I will go ask QwibQwibMods for permission as well. If you want to try the pre version I will send it to you, feel free to let me know.
They are all felons on parole and the Drivers Guild is too tight-arsed to buy them uniforms :) Of course you have my permission, although I'm convinced that you don't need permissions for patches. You'll surely need QwibQwibMods' permission if you want to include their assets in your patch, though.

I'd try without the "horse change" add-on.
May good fortune smile upon you.
Any destination or always the same one?
Instant ctd, or when the new location starts loading, or what?

Any ideas looking at his LO what could cause this? Could give me clues to why it is also happening in mine.

Maybe you could try to load CC in xedit and delete the XX0C6E46 reference (it's not really important.)
It's a long shot, but at least your crash reports should no longer mention my poor little mod :)
All in all, I suspect it's a temporary glitch and that it will disappear if you just keep playing.
Yes, I was also puzzled why I would get CTDs for other fast traveling/carriage locations than Helgen with the same crash message... I will try your suggestion and report back once I have been able to test.
This happened because I had installed CC a long time ago (without Helgen support) and only recently added Helgen to the mod list and then reinstalled CC with Helgen support...
Of course you have my permission, although I'm convinced that you don't need permissions for patches.
You'll surely need QwibQwibMods' permission if you want to include their assets in your patch, though.
I also got the permission from QwibQwibMods.
So I've made it public.Convenient Guards not Bandit at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
I hope this will reduce the number of escorts who are mistakenly hit by Dovakin('ω')
