A neato double-cursed vampire to follow you on your tamrielic journeys. 

Why double-cursed? Because she is a vampire of the Nagaraja bloodline and she must consume not only the blood of her prey, but their flesh as well. 
She is from the 20 years old game (time flies heh) "Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines", and she has now appeared in Skyrim. 

Pisha is a creepy vampire scholar from Hammerfell, always looking for interesting artifacts, and she entered a cave that she suspect holds a great secret (spoiler, its the Halldir's Staff). You arrive shortly after Pisha and you agree to explore the dungeon together. 
I consider my Skyrim implementation of Pisha as Lore-Friendly.
