Stops OBIS from spawning bandits and monsters in location claimed by either Lawbringer or Skyrim Realistic Conquering.

Stops OBIS from spawning bandits and monsters in location claimed by either Lawbringer or Skyrim Realistic Conquering.
This simply makes the cloning logic check if the location was claimed by either LCO or SRC by checking against either of their Radient exclusion Formlists.
LCO uses an injected Record for a Formlist, FTF relies on individual implementations (like SRC) to implement thiers, so this mod will only cover SRC's formlist.
Additionally an optional file increases the range on the cooldown slider in OBIS's MCM if you're experiencing frequent respawns.
