as of version 1.029 I added information of non-cosmetic changes;
most NPCs have their headgear removed. some fixes from USSEP (that don't require USSEP itself as master) are forwarded. some NPCs have their mood value set to Neutral.
if you don't like the changes, feel free to patch them out yourself.
note that some NPCs that are labeled as "marriageable" would still not be marriageable without mods that increase their disposition towards the player, like Missives Raise Disposition or Sidequests of Skyrim.
