We all know her story: "Lynly" is hiding from notorious badman Sibbi Black-Briar, whois currently and forever imprisoned in the jail of Riften.
She will never go outside of her hiding until the badman is alive. So just go murder him. 

Sibbi is flagged [X] ESSENTIAL until the end of "Promises to Keep", the quest to get Frost. Then is no more essential. So, after Frost, go murder him, Lynly will know because... ehm... because word of a Black-Briar dead travels fast, and the next time you meet her she will be able to follow... It will be a silent contract between you two... Also Sibbi kinda got it coming. 

You can theoretically unlock her as a follower before speaking to her even once... I suggest you find your ideal way of roleplay this thing yourself. 

Lynly's stats are also changed from the simple "Farmer" vanilla. 

Race: Nord
Class: Rogue-wannabe (she is most proficient in 1H and Light Armor)
Level: min.4 max.40, she levels at 0.75x ratio to the Player, she is not the strongest follower, she is a maid
Perks: Light Foot
Equipment: Barmaid clothes, Iron Dagger
Location: Ivarstead's Vilemyr Inn

She is flagged [X] ESSENTIAL(from the start) and [X] MARRIAGEABLE(after she become a follower). 

No bodies or skins included, for maximum compatibility.

How many interconnections this mod has with Sibbi's quest to find her, "The Lover's Requital"? 
Zero. Just murder him anytime (after the Frost quest, of curs). 

I already murdered him?
If she is not offering follower dialog: open console, SetStage MwLynQuest 10, enter. 

I love Sibbi <3 and I would never murder him, but I also love Lynly <3 and I want her as a follower?
Open console, SetStage MwLynQuest 10, enter. 

How many other quests can this mod break?
None. It just launches 1 script, 1 time, when Sibbi dies, stop. 

So, I do not have to personally kill him?
No, he just needs to die in some way. Be creative!
