This mod is a painstaking effort to create a complete set of complementary parallax textures for Noble Skyrim Mod HD by Shutt3r, one of my favorite (and a classic in its own right) retexture mods. Noble Skyrim is a favorite for many people, and I still use it as a base for my game to this day. I'm exceedingly grateful that it was made, and this is my attempt to help bring it forward into 2024, when many amazing retexture options give modders a plethora of choices in their games.

Details & Additional Information
Contained in the archive are simply the parallax textures to add onto the existing Noble Skyrim textures, with the exception of one set of textures: landscape. It's not possible for me to include these textures without permission from Shutt3r, and I was not able to get a response from them after attempting to contact on Nexus in January 2023. I am only able to include my own original files and those from mods that I have permission to use. I have these files ready, but until I receive permission from Shutt3r (something that is currently looking unlikely to happen) I can't upload them. Luckily, since Dlizzio's Mesh FIxes and SMIM are both open permissions, I can include the patches for these mods.

Installation
  • Ensure that you have installed the original Noble Skyrim HD mod, as this addon requires it. Check and install the other requirements, for that matter!
  • Install this mod with your favorite mod manager, or copy the files to your Skyrim Special Edition\Data folder.
  • Ensure that you have Complex Parallax + Shadows enabled in your enbseries.ini (If you are an ENB user) or that you have Complex Parallax Materials installed (if you are a Community Shaders user).
  • If you don't already have parallax-enabled meshes, you can find all that you need on my profile page by downloading the Vanilla Complex Parallax series of mods.
  • You should be good to go, open the game and play!

Load Order
Where you place this mod in your load order is up to you, but keep in mind that many texture mods which are loaded after Noble Skyrim and this addon will overwrite them (which changes how things look in your game). As for the order of Noble Skyrim, its patches, and the parallax addons, this is the order that I use for them:

Thank you!
I appreciate you all for taking the time to check out my mods, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to create additional features for amazing mods like this. I hope to do this for other mods in the future!
