After doing some extensive testing I found that this mod is currently incompatible with JK's Skyrim/JK's Skyrim AIO - Reduced Cut.

I noticed a strange issue where I had floating objects around towns and villages (like the archery target in Riverwood for example), so I did some troubleshooting and found this mod to be the culprit.

Just thought I would post this in case someone has a similar issue and is searching for the solution. Also posting in case a kind hearted soul out there would like to make a patch for this. I don't know the first thing about making patches or I would do it myself.

    Happy gaming!

Copy these vanilla statics into a new plugin and load it after this mod: https://i.imgur.com/xTDXfxy.png

Alaxouche forgot to include some of the meshes from NotW, so the statics in that screen shot are referencing .nifs that don't exist. In game this results in invisible objects and floating things. Doing the above will revert the nif paths back to vanilla and will load whatever vanilla stump model you have instead of the Forest Fragments one.

Alternatively you could download the full Nature of the Wild Lands mod and cull everything besides the mesh and texture folders that are missing from this mod. Unfortunately, the split stump is very tall and narrow compared to vanilla, so you'd still have an eyesore in Riverwood with a floating archery target. (https://i.imgur.com/PY5TNJb.png)

Permissions don't seem very open on this mod otherwise I'd just upload the patch I created. It took about 5 minutes in xEdit.

Here's an album showing problem and both solutions: https://imgur.com/a/GXK1jlp

Looks like you forgot to carry over the meshes/landscape/trees/nature_of_the_wild_lands/pinus and /picea folders, so some stumps are invisible in game.

End users can fix this themselves by downloading the full NotW mod, extracting the BSAs for the meshes and textures, and deleting everything but the folders above (pinus/picea) under both meshes and textures.  https://i.imgur.com/PY5TNJb.png <- like this.

Played with it for a month, very satisfied. As a Northern Roads user I wish it didn't contain Landscape records but so far I'm not noticing any major problems as long as it loses all of its conflicts. Any floating/clipping objects are very easy to fix/disable in xEdit. If you're using a dense grass mod I recommend tuning it down slightly so you can actually see some of the objects.

I don't think this is ever leaving my load order. Great mod!

Hello there. As a Skyrim modding noob, I just wanted to ask if this mod is going to cause incompatibility issues with Skyrim Flora Overhaul or not. Very interested in trying out your mod, it looks gorgeous. Thank you in advance for your help!

Quick Post:  I'm not finding this mod causing any problems with SFO while on 1.5.97 (SSE) ... so far.  However, I haven't explored everywhere yet.   I'll amend this post should I find some.   The aesthetics are nice, so far.

looking at xEdit this appears to have heavy conflicts with ulvenwald (it looks like this disables a lot of trees)

Should I consider this incompatible or just load this after ulvenwald?

edit: after looking up the actual definition of a "marsh" I think I like your interpretation more

Was wondering the same...similar situation with M.O.I.S.T.  Seems to change some of the swapped trees back to original reference (dyndolod still generates lod for M.O.I.S.T. but trees change model on cell attach).

I would like to see a "Seasonal Landscapes" Patches. one for the original and one for unfrozen ( for those who use this one ). I would also suggest "Fabled Forest" and "Traverse the Ulvenwald". Also Harvest Overhaul

I agree a Seasons patch would be top of my list. But probably fairly involved, since it would involve substantial mesh and texture work.

Even if the added plants could be disabled during winter that would be enough. All the greenery from this mod is not swapped during winter and it stands out.

Thanks for making this mod. I would love to see some more patches like for Picta Series. I noticed that "Mora Tapinella" was made lower case on TreePineForestLog01MoraTapinella

    Hi,

I'm running SSE 1.6.640.0 and Forest Fragments - Complete Alchemy & Cooking Overhaul Patch.esp, and Forest Fragments - Schlitzohr's Oakwood Patch.esp have a header version of 1.71.

If you use DynDOLOD 3 on 1.6.640.0 and any header versions are not 1.7 then you need to use Backported Extended ESL Support, otherwise DynDOLOD will not load, but at the moment I'd rather not use BEES, there are some issues I've been reading about

For those still running older versions of SSE, could you make a FOMOD for us to pick which SSE version, that way we get either 1.7 or 1.71

    THANKS

P.S. Actaully it would be nice if you made a FOMOD so there are options or autodecting for 1.5x and earlier 1.6x versions without the need for Backported Extended ESL Support.

Is there a possibility to downscale these to 2/1K ?

Already telling you now, most of these models look absolutely hideous in 2k. I guess if you're alright with them looking super potato then the above mentioned mod is perfect.

Is it compatible with MOIST (your other mod) and Nature of the Wild Lands - Vanilla Replacers Only ?
