I'm actually looking to replace the Serana I made for my main mod Blooms NPCs - Women. I ended up making several, and thought I'd release them as a separate mod to see if anyone likes any of them. If they do, and one is significantly more popular than the others, then that will be the one I use as the replacement. If none hit the mark, I'll accept that they all suck, and try again. 

Eyes and Teeth

I don't use vampire eyes for my vamps, and instead use some of the less natural looking eye colours from the mod Eyes of Beauty. This is because I find Bethesda's take on vampires to be inconsistent, and not very well thought out. For example, the wrinkled vampire face was introduced with Dawnguard, but only affects most vampires, and the only reason it seems to not affect some, is because Bethesda wanted those ones to be considered attractive, or because they live amongst humans. Yet, in the game there is no option to switch between the two face types, and as far as I know, no explanation given.

Vampire eyes can look cool, and I'm happy to provide an option with them if that's what people prefer, but I genuinely believe Bethesda went that route to allow the player to be able to spot vampires in game, in some situations at least, such as with Sybille Stentor. Yet Alva doesn't seem to have them, so again inconsistent.

All the options have fangs.

Recommended Mods

I made the mod using Bijin Skin. Feel free to try it with other skin mods, but the results may vary significantly.

I also install BnP Female Skin for the addition textures it adds, which include significantly improved textures for the aged complexions, and then let Bijin Skin take priority. I'd also recommend BnP - Teeth Overhaul. I install them in the following order. 

BnP - Female Skin
Bijin Skin UNP and CBBE SE 
BnP - Teeth Overhaul  

Load Order and Compatibility 

Load it below any other mods which affect Serana's appearance. Not many mods edit Serana's base record, so patches generally aren't needed. No patch is needed for Serana Dialogue Addon. USSEP removes a spell from her, and USMP stops her from affecting your stealth meter. Both of those edits are included with each file.
