Smooth's For Honor in Skyrim Nobushi moveset adapted and patched to SCAR

FOR HONOR IN SKYRIM - NOBUSHI
SPEAR MOVESET FOR NPCs
With Smooth's permission, I adapted, re-annotated and patched his Nobushi moveset to SCAR for NPCs to use.
Nobushi is a very complex moveset designed to be used only by the player, so I had to make several edits and adaptations for NPCs use it without looking weird. So overall, this is a very simplified version of the Original Nobushi.
It is used by NPCs equipped with a SPEAR or PIKE.
I removed BANDITS, FORSWORN and STORMCLOAKS from the condition, so they won't use this moveset.
I recommend installing the Spear Basic Animation alongside this one.
NPCs excluded from this mod will automatically use the Spear Basic moveset.

The original For Honor Nobushi, Basic Spear Animation or Spear Soldier moveset.
It's up to you.
