Rework navmesh in cell <-7, -21> (FalkreathExterior03) to fix issues with loading in zEdit/zMerge/etc. Rework navmesh in the wilderness just outside of Winterhold to prevent NPCs from stumbling into static objects. Marked a bunch of triangles as underwater to ensure Taliesin doesn't accidentally get his little feet wet (very important) . As a temporary measure, forwarded navmesh records from TGC Winterhold 4.1 to ensure NPCs aren't getting stuck on new architecture (reworking this cell-by-cell to ensure better NPC behavior with this combo patch, but the bulk of Winterhold should be okay). Moved or removed a number of floating or clipping statics in cells <27, 24> and <28, 24> (both of these are in Winterhold). Removed decorative statics that were blocking entry into buildings added by TGC Winterhold 4.1.

A quick fix the Great Cities of JK's North patch and a couple of the available patches, updating formIDs to match the esl versions of COTN Dawnstar (v1.4) and COTN Morthal (v1.2). Most of the patches on the original the Great Cities of JK's North page don't require updates, but I haven't checked them all. There may be some visual inconsistencies; I just changed formIDs. If you spot any weirdness in either of the relevant cities, take a screenshot or note the refID and I'll fix it up when I'm free. If any of the patches you use require updating, leave a comment and I'll try my hand at updating those when I can.

I'll likely take this page down when the OG author updates but, until then, please let me know if there's anything here that should be fixed! Maintaining a patch with this scope is a bit intimidating, so I'm counting on you all to help in finding issues. Thanks in advance!
There are two versions of the main file.
Main 1 only updates formIDs to match COTN Morthal v1.2 andd COTN Dawnstar v1.4. This should mitigate crashing in the two related cities. No other changes have been made. Please note that this doesn't account for TGC Winterhold's latest update (v4.1). Using the latest version of TGC Winterhold doesn't seem to result in CTDs, but you may see NPCs bumping into walls, walking in erratic patterns, or struggling to enter the new buildings.
My intent with this version is to just leave that file as-is to preserve Gardden's vision while making necessary changes to prevent major issues (e.g., crashing). So, any updates (if any are even necessary) and changes will be available as separate patches rather than as changes to this file. Please note that I'm not presently playing with this version, so updates will rely entirely on comments/bug reports/messages.
Main 2 includes the updated FormIDs, WIP changes for better compatibility with TGC Winterhold v4.1, and some personal tweaks I make as I find things I want to change. Check out the changelog for specifics.
