Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia FemaleEvenToned Patch. This patch makes other voice mods of Lydia not mute anymore!

Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia is a great follower mod. However, Lydia is now voiced as "FemaleUniqueLydia" instead of the usual "FemaleEvenToned". This makes other voiced mods of Lydia, such as Amorous Adventures or Young Lovers, stop the FemaleEvenToned voices, which is bad. The solution is therefore changing the voice type of the IFD mod back into FemaleEvenToned, which require some non-trivial "surgery" of the mod to make a patch. Here is the resulting patch.
PLACE UNDER IFD LYDIA MOD (and other dependencies)!
USE MOD ORGANIZER 2 (or Vortex)!
Please let me know if there are problems still.
Note: Since 4.0.3, IFDL authors added a patch to disable Amorous Adventures (AA) or AA Plus. It is not included here since they should be compatible. Also, appearance mod patches are no longer needed and therefore removed.
